RugStar Rugs Online currently accept the following forms of payment:

2. Is it safe to use my credit card online ?
Yes. RugStar.com.au uses SSL encryption technology to protect your credit card details during an online transaction, in conjuction with leading online payment processor Eway.
If you are still worried about using your credit card online, then you can always use one of our other payment methods.

3. What is the preferred delivery method ?
Our preferred and recommeded delivery method is via Australia Post and FastWay Couriers.
All items are fully insured through both parties.

Free Delivery Australia Wide on all orders above $150
$13.95 for all orders under $150
Delivery Charges - International
We currently offer two types of overseas postage:

Airmail without Insurance (5-15 business days)*

International Courier (3-7 business days)

5. When do you charge my credit card ?
All credit card purchases are charged to your credit card once you complete the checkout.
6. Do I have to register to place an order ?
Yes. You do have to register at RugStar.com.au to be able to place an order.
We encourage all our customers to register, as well as subscribe to our newsletter
7.Can I add items to my order ?
If your order has not been dispatched you can add items to an existing order.
8. Will you deliver to my work address ?
Yes, however please ensure that you include your company's name in the delivery address when placing the order.
9. Can my order be left on my doorstep ?
Yes. We can provide this service for you.
All items must be signed for. If you are not home, Australia Post should leave a card in your letterbox advising your order is available for collection from your local Post Office.
10. When will the items I ordered be dispatched ?
Once payment has been confirmed, your package will be dispatched within 2-5 days excluding weekends and public holidays.
11. When will I receive my order ?
Items should arrive within 5-7 days. It can take up to 14days in some cases.
For overseas orders please allow up to 15-20 business days for delivery.
12. I did not receive the item I ordered, what do I do ?
Although this happens very rarely, we are human. Please contact us at sales@rugstar.com.au and we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched and for the return of the wrong item at our cost.
13. I have not received my order, what do I do ?
All our items are fully insured please contact us at sales@rugstar.com.au and we will trace the parcel for you.
On some occasions your parcel will be at your local Post Office awaiting collection.
14. Are all the items listed on your website in stock ?
All items on our website are in stock* in some exceptions we do sell out before we have a chance to pick your item .
* Occassionally an item may have been incorrectly listed and is in fact not available, if this does happen we will contact you regarding your order.
15. What happens if an item I purchased ends up being unavailable ?
On the odd occassion, it is possible that the item you purchased on this site is not in stock due to a data entry error. If is ever occurs, one of our customer service operators will contact you.
If a suitable replacement is not available we will issue you with a full refund.
16. Can I pick up from your warehouse ?
Yes. We can arrange pickup from our wharehouse in Oakleigh (Melbourne)
17. The item I ordered is slightly different in colour then what is displayed on your website ?
At RugStar.com.au, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the true colours, textures, and details of all of our products. As the colours are displayed on your computer monitor, RugStar.com.au cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display the true and accurate colour, texture, or detail of a product.
We will not accept "Colour Variation" returns, as we have no control over your computer monitor. Please choose carefully!
18. Can I use your images ?
The content of this website, including all graphics and photo's are copyrighted and are the exclusive property of RugStar Rugs Online. The copying of any graphics or photo's is prohibited without the express written permission of us.
